Omelette Verdura y Zanahoria

Omelette de verduras, zanahoria y queso porsalut.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pelar zanahoria y rallar; por otro lado lavar la espinaca y cortar.
  2. Batir en un bol los huevos con las verduras, hasta que se mezcle todo bien.
  3. Pre calentar sarten de teflon y una vez caliente agregar la mezcla, cuando cuaja el huevo damos vuelta y agregamos el queso.
  4. Lo doblamos por la mitad y voila.
