Oatmeal Fruit Cobbler
Oatmeal packets make this a fast recipe to whip up before fruit goes bad.
Ingredients
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
- Place peaches in 8 x 8" baking dish or pie plate.
- in separate bowl, mix oatmeal packages with walnuts and margarine empty Splenda into mix, mix until some pieces stick together.
- Sprinkle over fruit.
- Bake for about 30 minutes until brown and bubbly.
- Serve with fat free topping (like lite Cool Whip).
