Directions

  1. Ecraser les 2 jaunes d'oeufs cuits.
  2. Rajouter de moutarde et melanger.
  3. Rajouter fromage blanc selon votre goût et melanger.
  4. Saler poivrer.
  5. Rajouter ce que vous voulez pour aromatiser la mayo: ail, sauce tomate, echalotte, aneth pour poisson etc...
