Directions
- Bei der Zubereitung zunächst das Ei mit dem Zucker ordentlich verrühren und schaumig schlagen, dann die Milch hinzugeben und weiter schlagen. Erst dann das Mehl unterrühren. Den Teig anschliessend ca 10 Minuten stehen lassen, nun noch den geraspelten Apfel hingeben dann die Pfannkuchen in einer heißen Pfanne und etwas Olivenöl backen. Bei Teflon geht es auch ohne bei Stufe 5-6 .
