Sopa Detox de Abobrinha

Uma sopa detox super nutritiva e que tem como objetivo limpar o organismo eliminando todas as toxinas.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cozinhe a abobrinha e o brócolis em água fervente.
  2. Em uma panela, refogue a cebola ralada, o alho e o manjericão.
  3. Bata no liquidificador os legumes com um pouco da água do cozimento, a couve e azeite.
  4. Junte o creme ao refogado, adicione sal e, se quiser pimenta rosa. Cozinhe por 5 minutos.
