Pancake Proteico senza Uova

Pancake senza utilizzo di uova, con yogurt e proteine whey.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mischiate tutti gli ingredienti in una scodella, mescolate fino ad ottenere un composto semi liquido...potete variare la quantitá di farina o latte per renderlo meno/ piú denso.
  2. Intanto ungete una padella con un pó di olio passato sulla carta.
  3. Scaldatela 1 minuto e poi versate il composto e fatelo cuocere 2 min per lato, per girarlo versatelo su un piatto e girare la padella sopra.
  4. Gustate tutto con marmellata senza zucchero che non ho incluso nella ricetta perché potete accompagnarla con cosa volete voi.
