Ensalada de Arroz con Huevo Light

Ensalada muy rica en proteinas y carbohidratos, muy bajas en calorias y bajo en sodio. Es un plato que satisface mucho el apetito.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Colocar 5 huevos a Hervir en un recipiente, en otro colocar 100gr de arroz con agua sin aceite.
  2. Una vez hecho los huevos y el arroz retirar el fuego.
  3. Sacarle la yema a 4 huevos, y colocarlo junto a un huevo entero en un recipiente. Cortarlos en pedazos chicos con la ayuda de un cuchillo, agregarle el arroz y una cucharada de Mayonesa Light. Mezclar todo. listo.
