Almôndegas de Frango Light

Receitinha saudável e deliciosa.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Misture o frango moído cru com os demais ingredientes, em uma vasilha.
  2. Após todos os ingredientes misturados, molde bolinhas médias com a ajuda de uma colher de sopa.
  3. Coloque-as na forma antiaderente e leva ao forno médio (180 a 200 graus) por aprox. 20 - 30 min. Sirva em seguida.

fiz hoje no almoço e simplesmente amei, uma boa variação de prato feito com carne de frango deliciosa mesmo nota 10!!!!!
