Grünkohl Vegan

Ein nahrhaftes und einfach zuzubereitendes veganes Gericht.

Directions

  1. Grünkohl waschen und kleinschneiden.
  2. Zwiebeln hacken und mit Öl in einer vorgeheizten Pfanne anbraten.
  3. Grünkohl, Kartoffelwürfel und Gemüsebrühe dazugeben. 30 Minuten kochen.
  4. Anschließend mit Salz, Pfeffer und Senf würzen.
  5. Den Farmer's Cracker dazugeben und im heißen Grünkohl einweichen.
