- Picar a cebola, o seitan, os chouriços e o alho na picadora, coloque num recipiente.
- Tempere com sal, pimenta, orégãos e salsa picada, o gengibre ralado, e misture farinha até que o preparado seja facilmente moldável, colocar o preparado no frigorífico durante de 30 min.
- Ligue o forno a 180º, forre um tabuleiro com papel vegetal ou base em silicone.
- Fazer almôndegas com o preparado e vai ao forno durante 25 min ou até dourar, virando as almôndegas uma vez a meio da cozedura.
