Endives au Jambon

Miam, des endives bien gratinées, légères et délicieuses.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Lavez et préparez les 4 grosses endives (ou 8 petite) : évidez la base et retirez les feuilles flétries.
  2. Dans une cocotte minute faites chauffer 1 cuillère à soupe d'huile d'olive. Faites-y revenir les endives puis ajoutez les échalotes.
  3. Ajouter un peu de jus de citron et un demi verre d'eau. Cuire sous pression 15 minutes.
  4. Dans un plat à four enroulez vos endives dans vos tranches de jambon, Versez la brique de soja gratin puis parsemez de gruyère râpé.
  5. Enfournez dans le four très chaud (275° position grill) 5 minutes. Bon appétit.
