saran doang c. dikegiatannya jangan dimasukkan terlalu banyak. malah kayak dikasih angin surga. mending dikasih seminim mungkin. contoh kayak duduk 1 jam. usahakan kalo bisa makannnya dibawah 2000 kalori. kalo bisa di 1700. akan keliatan kok dalam 2 minggu. harusnya bisa turun 1kg.
