I didn't log food here yesterday, but I did on another app and kept under 1700 calories. Weigh-in today was up from 196.4 yesterday. I'm off-kilter with everything due to sleep deprivation. I'm having an IC flare and that's keeping me awake all night. I got 3 hours of sleep on Sat night and 4 at most last night. Of course, this makes me good for nothing during the day and I doze off easily if I sit still too long. It's too painful to walk with an inflamed bladder, so that doesn't help much on the exercise front. On the emotional/spiritual front, I lost a friend over the most ridiculous argument ever and that made me angry and sad, but the more I think about it, the more I realize that this will be a positive change in my life. I don't need to be around such negativity.
