I'm up two pounds in two days, but I know that's just fluid changes. I've been following my plan very well. At least I'm still in one-derland.

I'm feeling quite miserable this morning with a lot of pain in my neck and shoulder. That alone could explain the difference in my weight. Inflammation means fluid retention.

I've been reading up on gut health. I got Dr. William Davis' "Super Gut" book yesterday and downloaded an app to help follow the FODMAP diet. I think this will help me get to the bottom of my digestion issues.

I already eat in compliance with the FODMAP plan, for the most part. I will need to eliminate a couple of foods for a time, namely onions, garlic, and tomato products (including tomatoes). I've been wanting to try a recipe for skillet lasagna made with egg wraps to replace the pasta noodles. It's non-compliant with the FODMAP diet, but I will make it today finish it over the weekend, and then begin the FODMAP diet on Monday.

The plan for today is to make my menu plan and shopping list. I'll do the shopping on Sunday as has been my routine for a few weeks.
90.4 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 26.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
