Dramatic drop in the past few days after holding stubbornly over 200 for months. I don't think it's fat loss. I just think that I was backed up and retaining water. I only hope that I can stay on a downward trend.

The yogurt I ate this morning was homemade l. rueteri cultured dairy made with half and half. I'm sure the fat is higher and the carbs are lower in this, but I'm using a cup of whole milk yogurt to log. I'm sure it's close enough.

I just ordered "Super Gut" and some Slippery Elm bark powder. I'm trying to focus on improving my gut health because I think it's key to improve my digestion in order to get these pounds to budge.
