Typical me, rewarding weight loss with food. I've rewarded weight gain with food again this morning. Anyone know what Nutella is? Lets just say we have considerably less of it in our house now! I know there's no "bad" food when you're eating intuitively, but you can't helpl but label stuff after having everyone around you say it is. I also don't have the patience to wait 'til I'm hungry to eat, I like eating too much and if I truly waited, I'd probably only eat twice a day, which is probably what every dieter wishes they could feel- no hunger. So yeh, I'm keeping myself on the chubby side by being, well, greedy.
