Typical me, rewarding weight loss with food. I've rewarded weight gain with food again this morning. Anyone know what Nutella is? Lets just say we have considerably less of it in our house now! I know there's no "bad" food when you're eating intuitively, but you can't helpl but label stuff after having everyone around you say it is. I also don't have the patience to wait 'til I'm hungry to eat, I like eating too much and if I truly waited, I'd probably only eat twice a day, which is probably what every dieter wishes they could feel- no hunger. So yeh, I'm keeping myself on the chubby side by being, well, greedy.

I'm so happy as I've not seen 8 stone 10 for 8 months, since september. I've eaten whatever I've wanted but have also been a little bit more active in the last few days but not really intentionally. I also felt like I was retaining water last week and finally it's gone. I have a habit of self sabotaging- when I find I lose weight I'll overeat to gain it back, stupid I know, but I'm recognising it and just won't do it.
