I'm 23 years old (5 foot 2, 126lbs) and recently left the final year of my degree early because my mum was taken ill and I'm now her carer for the time being. I've struggled with my weight since the age of 15 and although I'm not overweight I do overeat on a daily basis on high fat food, just because it's always in my house and 'there' plus I feel like I can't stop myself even when I know it's wrong and to excess. I always want to do the total opposite of deprive myself of treats, so I over-induldge and my waistline is showing this!
I feel like there isn't much support out there for "medium sized people" and hope to find other medium sized people who want to shift those 15-20lbs that don't need to be there. I just want to incorporate more natural foods and less "junk" to get to my goal, but my cravings are crazy and the availability of the sugary food isn't going to go away, so I need support! :)
