I was doing so good until the last 4 days and I still didn't do too bad until yesterday. My kids had a bonfire and I just decided since there was so much to do I would just eat what I wanted and I did all day. But honestly I don't feel bad about I'm gonna get back on track tomorrow. A cheat day every once in a while is ok.

I made brownie and ooey gooey bars for my sons football team today. I broke down and ate a small ooey gooey bar but other than that I did pretty good today.

I want to know if the people who write these diet books have ever had weight problems or food addictions. Because in every diet book I've read they say after a week or so you won't even miss the bread or sweets. Well I can tell you that's a lie because I've been on this diet for over 3 weeks and I really miss all the things I've had to cut out except the fried foods and sugary drinks. Food is my only passion. I love my kids, my man and my family but food is the only thing that has always been there for me. When I'm sad I eat. When I'm mad I eat. When I'm stressed I eat. When I want to celebrate I eat. So how can they tell me if I stop eating it I won't miss it?

Well that can't happen again. I made spaghetti for my family last night (my favorite food) thinking that I've been doing so well I won't want to eat it. About 9 last night I just couldn't resist it anymore so I ate a small helping then got so aggrivated with myself I had a cookie too. I really hope this doesn't completely ruin my progress.
