You know, it's really hard to believe we spent that much time "resting"... so why do I think I don't have time to work in a workout at the gym??!! Usually I golf (walk the course) on Thursday's but weather precluded that so a lot of computer time on a project for the ladies golf club. Computers - the bane of my existence but I'm hooked - big time!

A very tempting day - seemes to crave sweets today. But did a little shopping, met with a friend, had a good gab fest, got in some exercise. Weight is down a wee bit and I feel good!

Good day today! Was busy, the sun was shining, got lots done & didn't eat all that much given the many activities. Had a great salad for dins and skipped the wine. Have also not eaten or munched post 7pm - drank water instead. I feel soooooo very virtuous!!!
