that is the last straw, over 2100 calories yeterday! What is wrong with me. I would forgive myself if it was one day but this has been all week. I don't even want to look at the scale. I know I am at my weak point nad I am letting it win. I need to get back on this and now. How do I get my drive back?

So I ate alot of crap yesterday and just because I stayed under my calorie intake goal I don't feel good about it. Even while I was eating it I was thinking "wow this isn't even that good" as I took a third bite. I started my cycle and I am feeling crampy today but I am determained to have a good week.

I feel good to be back at 157 but I am two weeks behind now, at least those 4 pounds fell off in no time. I am back on the wagon but it feels simular to January having to fight cravings hard.I am not giving up though. GOOD MOTIVATOR: I can officialy go though my closet and remove alot of cloths that will not fit any more. Candace hooked me up with some of her cloths too which is so very helpful. Looking back at pictures from last year I can see a difference too. Makes me feel great.

Go Me almost a week and I am back to my "pre Boca" weight. With any luck I will be able to hit 156 ish by weigh in on Sunday. By next week I should be at my Pre Saige weight. Thanks goodness for good friends passing down cloths.

I have been SO hungry this week. I am not sure if it is caused by all the overeating I did last week or the jump in weight training I have made. I am starving all the time it is hrd not to just grab the first thing I see.
