So I think I have figured out most of my problem. I need to get back to the me of 3 months ago. The women who would not even dream of eating a cookie and made every activity excersize from the gym to folding laundry. If I am going to reach my goals I need to start taking it seriously again. I have done very well today and I hope to keep it going. I am going to do fish once a day, very low cal and I am switching to Skim milk with my evening meal. I need to forget my sugar cravings and be good.

I am hoping for some movment on the scale this week, I have not lost any wieght in 3 weeks. I am not however very optimistic because it has not been a great week. My sister posted some really old photos of me from before I had my son and they are a true insperation. I got there once and I cn do it again.

This week I have been better but not great with food. I have not been able to work out like I should and that is messing with me. I need to get motivted. Good news- I bought a pair of sweats in a medium and they fit.

Nothing like a kink in my routine to get the day off right. I have to cover a shift at work so I can only pry I have enough time (and energy) after work to go get my mile in the pool done.

I got lucky that the scale didn't go up. I was bad every day this week and I didn't even work out Thursday Friday or Sturday! I can't beat myself up about it. The thing that is bothering me most is this is always where I screw up. I mean it right at 159 and I think "Oh wow sam you look great, one candy bar wont hurt" nad then before I know it it has been weeks since I even thought about my goals. Thanks goodness this time I havae friends helping me stay focused and time lines to meet. How do I get my drive back?
