It has been a very bad week. I have not logged anything or worked out. I feel gross and sick not to mention gained another two pounds. I hope I can kick it gear and not have to log that gain on Sunday. I need motivation to get back on the wagon.

I did so bad this week and I knew it each step I took was wrong. I did not seem to care. This week it is no more excuses. I took a huge step back and I ned to make up for it before the end of the month. I am supossed to be at 150 by next sarurday but I may have messed that up. OOPs So I am limiting my carbs and trying to reduce my meat. Mostly fruit and veggie for now. Hopefully that will help.

Not sure how I pulled that pound out, all I can say is I LOVE ZUMBA! Starting today I am not supposed to wiegh myself but every 2 weeks. The reson you ask? Well because I can see my body getting better but for the longest time the scale wasn't moving and it really mad me feel less motivated. I want to get down to a 6 eventully (maybe a 4 :) )so I need to stay on this. The great thing is I am in a to a 10. I was a 14/15 when I started this so yea!!

Not a bad day but I need to be more carful with my stackers. I took one and then got stuck in my office for over an hour- I was off the wall for hours after that. HA HA

Ok I think after Zumba yesterday I have turned myself back in the right direction. Thanks to a little help from Candace pointing out my calorie flaws I am back on track. I took the kids for ice cream and didn't have any and I bought the family donuts for breakfast and I am not even tempted. I think most of my weight loss this week is from yesterday, did you see that calorie intake. OMG I did not think that was possible. My gym schedule will be strange this week again but I will make it work.
