I'm doing alot better but nature stopped me from running yesterday but tonite I'm looking forward to it.
Break fast:
one biscuit with strawberry jelly, 2 turkey sauges, vegie scrambled and a 1/2 glass of grapfruit juice.
Lunch:
slimfast drink and a biscuit
Snack:
Celery and peanut Butter, Shredded Carrot
Dinner:
half of Hen(baked), 1/4 cup of Brown Rice, zuchnii and Squash sautated with onions and water.

I fell off but I'm back. I'm trying to loose weight for myself but I'm in the Military now I have to get back to their standards...(depressing) when you have to be what society say's,"This is where you're suppose to be." I need to be 160 between October 29 - November 2! Hell I might as well starve myself....I don't think so! I love me some FOOD, LOL!

I went to Savannah, Georgia this week and that should explain it all. nothing but fast food and tourting. But I'm on it today and until My B-day in November.

Well this week I've started to recored every and anything that I eat. I looked up about how much cals I need to eat to reach my goal and I can only take in about 1600 cals a day. It's hard but if I actually record it and keep that positive mind setting It will give me a push from this weight. How much calories do you guys eat a day?

Completely messed up eating bigger potions but healthy food. Increasing work out this week and decided to write down everything I eat.
