Today I'm moving completely into the atkins diet. I'm hoping to reach my goal of 177 by the end of the week.

I not sure if this is a good idea but I decided to gradually work my way into no carbs. Last night and Today is the first time that I had any carbs. I had a grill chesse and turkey sandwhich last night. Today one of my co workers are going on the nutrisystem diet and she had a bagel, egg, cheese, and sauge sandwhich and I took off of her hands for her. Hopefully by Monday I'll be carb free.

I've been feeling really stressed out lately and I been eating things I shouldn't. Last night my boyfriend pissed me off so badly that I was dressed to go workout; I drove to the Gym and sat in the parking lot arguing and ended up in Wendy's drive through 20mins later. FUNNY...to me aleast. It's weird how people have an affect on your life or how i let people get the best of me.

For dinner tonite I had: brocolli, spinach, and a half of hen.

Still the same weight I guess it's better than gaining. I'm not loosing hope though; I'm statring a new diet today. I wanted to try a mixture of Atkins and fat Smash together. I might go to the library tomorrow and check them out.
