Since I was on vacation for a week during this two week period I am especially happy to have lost weight. Now back to reality....

Wasn't very good about diet this week but managed to not gain. Happy about that (but also had fun not being good!)

Finally the scale moved, even with having the tasting menu at Le Papillon last Saturday. YAY!

Super bummed that there was no drop in weight. I'm thinking it's a combination of "that time of the month" and my trainer kicking my but (muscle gain). Clothes are still getting looser so that is good but still a big bummer that the scale didn't really move.
