Whoo hoooo! Back to low weight - pretty easily and even with being sick and a birthday party squeezed in there!

Well, there it is - a 2 lb gain for four days of debauchery and 3 days of being sick. I'll take it - it was well worth the fun and food - back to Isagenix shakes and gearing up for another cleanse :-)

Well off for a girl's weekend in Nola. Strict orders from my trainer to lay off exercise and diet (within reason). I have been a bit burnt out on everything including work. So no weigh in, no food journaling, no thinking!

Well the body seems to want to stay here so I will record it. I still can't believe that I'm 8 lbs heavier than the last time I fit into my skinny clothes but I guess it could just be muscle - don't mess with me!!! :-D

Girls weekend in New Orleans next weekend and I have strict orders from my trainer to "eat whatever I want" one night. I will take him up on that but will make sure to bring my workout clothes!!!!
