I am not going to record my weight because I am certain that after a week of being on a 1000 ish calorie diet and there is no way I would gain .2 lbs. Hoping it is water retention and will weigh in, in a few days.
Isagenix cleanse is finished and definitely I have lost a clothing size. I lost a total of 9.7 inches!!! It was definitely worth it! I was very happy to go through my closet and get rid of the "big" clothes and move the "skinny" clothes back in!

Made it through first four days of Isagenix cleanse and it actually wasn't too bad. Super excited to see the weight coming off. YAY!!!!! eight days to go!

Day 4 of cleanse - day 2 of no food and I have to say it really hasn't been that bad. It was mighty hard to workout this morning but I have a massage coming up at 2! One thing that I learned is that there are WAY TOO MANY food ads in magazines and on tv - no wonder America is obese. Funny side note - I dreamt of eating food last night and when I mentioned to my husband that part of the feast was salad he scolded me and said, "If you are going to dream of food at least dream of the good stuff, not salad!"

Had to weigh in today to document the "before". I am starting the Isagenix 9 day (really 11 day) cleanse today. I'm pretty excited and deading it all at the same time :-)

Being out of town and having to eat out 3x made it difficult but I still managed to workout and not gain anything. Starting the Isagenix cleanse next week. Will record journal entries about the experience.
