Okay so yesterday I was kinda lazy and didn't journal so this might be long one.Sunday was a pretty crappy day after being at an amusement park all day the day before I was dehydrate, tired and just felt awful probably because of the food I at on Saturday. So my workout buddies and I decided to take it easy decrease our caloric intake and just go for a long walk instead of doing insanity ans risk injury in our exulted state. Yesterday was awesome after finally feeling normal after our adventure in south Carolina my roommates and I did insanity. I felt really good and I can see/feel my improvement. Each time I am really trying to push myself further and improve. I can not wait until the next fit test!Also last night we did have a little cook out which was higher in calories than I would have gone on any other day but I came in under my calories for the day. I also just had a lot of fun with my friends. BTW as of weigh in day now officially on Mondays I lost 1.4 pounds and 2.5 inches off my waist!I am so over the moon! I'm looking forward to more improvement! Oh and I got hired to a summer job I applied for today so this is just a great day! Looking forward to pure cardio today (weird). DIG DEEP y'all. Yesterday was just an awesome day! Now food and diet wise it was not the best but regardless of that it was just so awesome. I drove with my roommates to Carowinds amusement park in South Carolina and on the border of North Carolina. There we met up with two of our favorite people and spent the day riding roller coasters playing games and seeing shows. It was just the best day. We did our darnedest to eat alright while there but of course we had pizza for lunch and then went out to dinner. I only had two pieces of pizza and when we out to dinner I did pretty well. I only went over my daily calories by 400 calories. But when you take into account all of the walking we did all day I don't feel so bad about that. It was worth it to be able to see some greatly missed friends and have a blast with my favorite people.I'm still doing insanity but where we were gone all day yesterday we moved Saturdays workout to today. So wish me luck.
