okay so yesterday I woke up made breakfast and just chilled around the house until it was tome to work out. (boring) I'm thinking of incorporating a walk or jog in the morning along with my insanity work out in the afternoon. Just to get me up and moving more than once a day.It seems like all I do is eat sleep and work out. It's getting a little boring. Not my work outs but my day is kinda empty. On the bright side I'm feeling good I'm already starting to just feel healthy. I've also lost some weight this week we will see just how much on Sunday.Although I might be moving my weight in day around a little. I'm not sure yet.Hope you all are doing well. Dig Deep :D

Over all yesterday was pretty boring nothing major to report. I am continuing with insanity.Today is cardio recovery thank god. I need it. I'm not sore but I'm a little stiff.Looking forward to this weekend.Me and my group of friends are going to an amusement park! I love roller coaster so it should be a good time! :D

Okay, so I made it!Day two of insanity was crazy but fun and after I was tired but an endorphin high must have kicked in because I was jumping and dancing around my kitchen while I cooked dinner. This morning I'm a little sore but it so slight that is almost nonexistent.I and totally attributing that to the BCAA's, recovery drink, and the extra stretching I did to finish cooling down after insanity. That said I am so pumped to work out today. I'm also going to the farmers market today, and that mean yummy food fresh food. :D

I'm just so totally stoked today! I'm not feeling sore at all really from yesterday thank you BCAAs and recovery drink. I'm a little stiff but I think I just need to move around a little I've been sitting for to long. Also Today when I got up i weighed myself just to see how I was doing 231.4. that is a 1.4 pounds and considering it only Tuesday I might need to really focus on getting all my cals in. No less than 1500 a day!I'm off to a good start today on that from my breakfast is somewhere around 425 and not 230 like it has been in the past. I've also been pretty productive today I'm baking bread and in a little while I'm going to go donate blood. Hopefully that will give me enough time to recover before I work out tonight. Keep up the good work everybody. To my fellow insanity buddies DIG DEEP.

Did the fit test for insanity it about killed me but I Did really well. I feel BAMF. In every move but Power Jumps I freaking rocked it. In two weeks I hope to do even better. :)
