Okay So I'm back! I just started my second week of T25 and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it! It is super fun the first week I will admit was awful.I did the 5 day jump start that get you into clean eating and starts you on the work out cycle. It was horrible you are allotted 1100 calories a day and are doing a seriously intense workout.I did drop 2.2 LBs and 4.5 inches altogether so it was successful week but I know I was not a pleasant person towards the end of the week. After being hungry and grumpy today being on 1600 calories is amazing(FOOD!) :) also I actually "Naild" T25 Cardio.It felt amazing to be so improved after just a week! Here's to another week of T25 and hopefully Nailing it!

Alright no promises I've tried to get back to entering food so many times now. But I'm going to make an effort. I'm leaving to go home tomorrow so there will be no entry for about 2 days but I'm really going to try and do this again.

Okay so there's going to be very little activity from me today I'm making a day trip to my apartment so I will be on the road all day. I did get up and get my work out in before I left though! So go me! Hop you all are doing well. Have a great weekend.
