Kinda sucks!! The last time I weighed in it was 193lbs, but I had gotten all the way back up to 202lb on April 13th when I went to the doctor. I started Atkins per the doc and I have actually lost 6lbs, even though I forgot to weigh in on here before, so it's going to show a gain of 3lbs. Oh well....GO MEEEEEE!!!! 6lbs!! I hate Atkins, but it works....lol. Happy Tuesday everyone!

Well...at least I didn't gain any weight this week. I stayed exactly the same. I have been having menstrual cycle issues, maybe that is part of it. Who knows. Keep trying. Don't give up.

I was SOOOOO hungry yesterday!! Grr! I drank like 13 glasses of water too! I have been doing the 30 day shred steadily and I really really like it. I'm going grocery shopping tomorrow and I'm so excited to be able to fill my cabinets with HEALTHY food!! lol! Have a good weekend!!

Ok....I can tell it's the end of the month because the cabinets are bare, and I usually end up eating whatever is there. Eeek! Friday is grocery shopping day, so it will be better. However....I bought the Jillian Michael's 30 day shred workout dvd...and I LOVE IT!!! That is seriously 20 minutes of intense workout!! I'm trying to figure out how many calories you burn doing it though? Any ideas?! I will keep looking and let you know if I find out.

UGH!! The past two days I have felt so hungry....however, I downed an 8oz glass of water and waited 30 minutes and I was still hungry, so I figure my body was needing the calories, and it wasn't just out of habit or boredom. Weigh in is Saturday, and I'm hoping I can at least maintain. As long as I don't gain, I will feel comfortable with it. I am seriously contemplating buying the Jillian Michael's 30 day shred. I watched it on youtube and it seems like something I might like. That woman seriously inspires me. Happy Friday everyone and have a great weekend!!
