I am currently 27 year old and a mother of three gorgeous baby boys. Prior to having my children, I was pretty healthy, running 5 miles per day and staying pretty active. I had my first son on December 23, 2006 and turned around and had my second son 361 days later on December 19, 2007. After that, I lost the energy that I once had, and the pounds just packed on. I just had my third son on June 23, 2010 and suffered many medical issues, keeping me from being active. I have tried all the fad diets with no true success, and quite frankly, disappointed myself even more. I feel truly empowered right now, and I know that I am going to drop this weight if it kills me!! I want to be around to raise my children and not worry about health problems! I'm too young to give up! Take that FAT!! :)
REASONS TO LOSE WEIGHT:
1. I want to wear shorts in the summer.
2. I want to put my children to bed at night without being exhausted carrying them up the stairs.
3. I want to stop taking blood pressure meds at the age of 27
4. I want to feel confident in myself that I am worth it.
5. I want to sing onstage again. I miss that so much.
6. I want to pick out cute clothes off the clearance racks.
7. I want to go out dancing. I love to dance, but I'm too self-conscience.
8. I don't want people to ask "when is your baby due?" when I'm not pregnant.
9. I want to run a marathon.
10. I want to look in the mirror and love me.
