Decided to do something I hadn’t done since being in middle school. Made ice cream in a bag. It was alright. Perhaps more vanilla extract next time. Used 1c of heavy cream, 4g stevia, wanted 1 g of real sugar to cut the after taste to stevia but ended up with 2g accidentally, and 1Tbsp of pure vanilla extract.

For the most part I’m enjoying the app, but curious why there’s not a system to track water in-take? We all know that hydration is uber important to a healthy life-style. It’d be great to not have a separate app to keep track of water and it makes perfect sense to include it in this app.

I started this journey about a month ago, while my son was in the hospital, and never did measurements, just weight. Right before my son went in I had ordered a couple of pairs of jeans. When they arrived I tried them on to make sure they fit in the waist, which they did. Knew both were going to need to be hemmed due to inseams of 33 and 34 inches, several inches more than I need. Wearing a pair of them for the first time today and have to believe I’ve lost in measurement as they refuse to stay on my waist. Of course just trying them on versus wearing them is completely different. An old pair seemed to do the same thing the other day, but not sure if it’s from losing or the old pair had gotten stretched some from wearing them. I like to just check my weight pretty much every day, but only track it weekly. I know the scale “lies”, but I’m up a little since my last “official” weigh-in, but only by a few hectograms.
