I'm feeling really good about my progress. Yesterday's frappacino was not a good choice, but overall I'm making some major improvements in my diet. I was really sore today from doing a bunch of lunges Monday, so I had to walk instead of going for a run, but at least I got out and did something!
I know I'm not supposed to weigh every day, but I've found it works better for me. I haven't lost anything yet, but at least I haven't gained.

All right, it's time to get real. I'm not making the effort, so I'm not losing the weight, and I'm constantly depressed. It's just such a waste of time and energy. I just returned from a family vacation and was so inspired by my SIL who has lost 45 lbs. in the past year. She plans to lose 20 more. When her husband told her she already looks great, she said, "I don't always want to be the girl who needs to lose 20 lbs. I just want to do it and be done." AMEN!
I have actually gained 6 lbs (and lost it!) since I first signed up. I'm feeling good about my progress so far and plan to keep it up this time. Life's just to short...

I'm realizing that this is the time of day I'm likely to cheat. Both children are down for a nap, so I have time to eat. Plus, I don't think I'm eating enough earlier in the day, so by now I'm starving. I will try to change that tomorrow.

I think I'm doing OK so far. I feel better, at least, but I'm afraid to weigh in. If I haven't lost anything, I know I'll get discouraged.
After breakfast yesterday, I didn't eat my snack or lunch and ended up bingeing at the Great Outdoors. A mocha shake? Really? I even thought about it before I did it and just didn't care because I was so hungry. I've got to change my attitude. I hope my grueling yoga session helped make up for my slip.
