I am a happily married stay-at-home mom of a 3-year-old boy and a 16-month-old girl. My whole life, I have thought I was too fat. Still, I ate whatever I wanted and managed to maintain a reasonable weight, but never felt good about myself. Before my daughter was born, I finally reached my goal and felt the best I've ever felt - both mentally and physically. I had finally made some progress last fall, but have since reverted to old eating habits and am the biggest I've ever been (not counting pregnancies).
I'm so mad at myself, but have resolved to get over it and to remember there's only one way it's coming back off. Eating right and exercising. I know that keeping track of what I eat is essential. So, I'm trying fatsecret again and feeling confidant!
