I am back from my vacation and ready to start my diet again. I took a break for a few days to reassess the situation. I am excited about this again. For me though. Nobody else. I owe someone I work with vegan chocolate chip cookies and after I make those I will be starting my fruit and veggie cleanse. I am going to do yoga today before work and get back to walking Delany after. I bought some new hot teas to help soothe my system and maybe some of my cravings as well. Lots of water for the next few days as well as tea and going back to counting my calories and staying with my challenges!

I've been thinking about how I fudged my number the other day. But why? I am not losing weight for anyone but myself. I was so proud of how well I was doing it felt so bad to have a setback but I know these things happen, you can occasionally feel unmotivated but I have to remember Im doing this for me. There is nobody else this effects and nobody else that it will make as happy. I am going on vacation for a couple of days and will do my best to keep it up but I know it will be hard as it's a girls weekend. When I get back I will be more devoted to writing and logging and I will be starting a fruit and veggie fast to clear myself of these cravings for junk food I have been having.

I've been feeling depressed this week and kind of was burned out on the healthy lifestyle for the past few days. I am going to get better again starting today because I noticed as soon as I did my swimming I already felt more positive. To be honest here, I gained 1.8 lbs since yesterday but chose to go with yesterdays weight because I know I messed up last night by eating fried french fries and veggie nuggets. I hope to get back down in two days, if I don't I will do another weigh in and be more honest. I am still within five pounds so they say thats all you can hope for, that there will always be ups and downs. I have not been drinking enough water the past two days either. I am remedying that right now. I already missed one day of the dog walking this week so I cannot miss any more as I know I will miss Saturday already because I am taking a long drive Saturday after work. I've done 2 of the 3 days of yoga and will do the third tomorrow for sure. Maybe more swimming as well, I did the whole mile in 2 days, but feel that I should be trying to go at least three times a week.
