i didn't eat much, my anxiety was very high. i had my second interview for job. i was so nervous! i think that i got the job. it's 2nd shift and i can still get my workouts done in mornings! im still nervous and excited! i had an awesome workout this morn. i kicked butt!
legs are sore from yesterday so today i did cardio with dumb bells.

omg i was not expecting that weigh in! actually thought i might of gain a pound. i will take it though! i stepped on scale twice to be sure lol

i didn't eat much or drink a lot of water today, or even get to do my fifth day workout today for this week. my man was off work and we had a busy day. my anxiety was high, which makes me sick and i cant eat much. we went to a motorcycle event that is huge in my town. plus i got to ride again with my sweetie! i actually wore shorts and tank top , and i never wear that because of my weight and not feeling confident enough. he assured me that i looked great and so i went with that and remind myself not to care. just enjoy myself. so it was a step forward for me.

i have a short term goal to achieve by around july 13 which is our huge motorcycle week where i live. my goal was to be 143 or less! the scale reading this morning has me so happy! im hoping by end of the week it will say at least a pound less. i got this! and im going to keep going! im so excited! my hard work is paying off! here i come October to meet my goal!
