I FOUND THE PERFECT SEAFOOD DINNER...you have got to try this one...it is one of the best....

i am appologizing in advance...this is not a happy post...
i was up most of the night...my 17 year old nephew tried to commit suicide last night...he was in a comma until about 7 am and they are now going to transfer him to an admitting hospital for further observation and therapy...if you pray - please pray for him...
other than that did reasonably well last night with the veggies...and even walked about a mile or so...
will be back on strong monday am...thanks again for reading this ...

ATTACK OF THE VEGGIES...
someone gave the hubby a smaller speghetti squash the other day...so i made it...again i REALLY LIKED IT...(this is getting very scary)...
we also have cabbage comming on in the garden - LOOKING FOR CROCKPOT cabbage ideas - bt (queen of the crockpot) help me please...
i went shopping in my smaller closet yesterday am for a pair of capri's...found one and in the small little pocket in the front there was a nice crisp 20.00 bill...paid for dinner last night with a couple of girl friends...
i had quesadia's (sp?)...the had all the peppers and onions, roasted chicken and 4 cheeses...put salsa and sour cream on it...so i had veggies...also had a small ceaser salad minus the croutons and bread stick...
tonight is h2o aerobics...so dinner will be wendy's or taco bell...not sure which...
