I have a lot of running around to do today. I was really craving a roast beef sandwich and talked myself into a full-fledged 'cheat day'. But then I thought about how I was going to have to record it here, and decided to find a healthier option on the go. Instead of 1435 calories for lunch, I got a wendys grilled chicken and a large cup of water. I though about nixing the bread,but I needed it to be quick to eat. 360 calories. Baby steps!

I ended up spending the evening in the hospital with my husband's grandma last night(she's totally fine!) Friday night is pizza night so when we finally got to eat I ended up eating more than I planned, and not getting enough water, and it's showing on the scale today.
