Away with work travelling / training.. ate way too much crap and did not exercise!
Have to get my crap together and work harder.. 8 weeks to Fiji!!

Found it hard to get back in to exercise after my week away with work, but have managed to get back to eating well.

First time on the road for work since changing my eating habits.. and unfortunately fell back into some old habits there... eating out for most meals, getting bored in the hotel room in the evenings and snacking on chips, icecream.. etc Plus not being home with my trusty tredmil and not feeling confident enough to get out and walk on the roads I did no exercise at all in the past 11 days.

Not to worry. Back on track now that I am back home and focusing on dropping another 10kg before Fiji in 12.5 weeks!
