Managed to go to the gym twice.. but after the second time I must have overdid the bicept curl as I couldn't straighten my arms for 3 days!

Still managed to keep a calorie deficit so lost a good deal of weight this week!

Back to the gym the morning.. but taking it easy on the bicept curl!!

Haven't done any exercise since I got back from Fiji holiday in mid may. But I joined the local 24hr gym and have my first session booked in for Monday morning at 6am so the goal is to loose another 20kg by next April.. when I hope to go to Fiji for another holiday.

Ate well this week to try and make up for all the crap I ate while away. Still haven't got back in the exercise routine.. but looks like eating made an impact and I'm back to below where I was before I went away.
7 weeks to Fiji!
