Ive cut back on posting here a little, but that doesnt mean Im not doin my thang. Ive been weighing myself almost everyday, but Im trying to really go by my Monday weigh ins. Im up a little today which Im sure is because I had some candy yesterday, and a burger/waffle fries from a local bar for dinner. It was fine, not stellar, and got that craving out of the way for a bit. Now Im back on track today with plenty of veggies to snack on, a salad and chili for lunch, and steel cut oats for breakfast. Rinse and repeat the rest of the week!

Very happy with the direction Im headed! Its all diet, Ive been super busy at work so I havent been getting to the gym. Im going to try to go tonight, but we will just have to see where Im at.

No change today which is good because I had a giant bowl of shrimp & grits last night at the local brewery. Some of my gym-mates and I signed up for a candle light yoga class in their barrel room so we went after our hiit class. It was a good time, Ive never done yoga quite like that. But also that food was amazing!
Trying to keep it in check today. The weekend is daunting, but its no excuse to eat like an a-hole.

Im amazed that Ive done so well this week with meetings and food being catered in. Im really trying to increase veggies and eat lean protein where I can. I still had a couple of beers at a company dinner and am seeing some progress.
