i been exercising reg 2 years now. im 118 and i still cant seem to get my legs to look less dimply. my fiance days he can see some difference but i sure hell dont. so im still embarrassed to wear shorts. i bought some anyways, trying to get myself not to care as much plus i need some color! im so pale. anyways will my legs ever get smoother? i have had weight fluctuations in my life plus im 39 yr old now. any hope? lol... i do lunges and squats using two 8 pound dumbbells weights now. its my inner thigh part i hate

mon tues and wed i exercise..thursday i didnt. friday today i did a killer workout! such a mood booster afterwards. now to clean my house and play a little xbox lol before kids get home from school😜

i didnt feel like it but im glad i pushed myself. did my leg work out..now my cardio part will be cleaning my house lol

i been focusing on weights to help build strength and tighten up.. still hate my tummy. my daughter is 6 now and that c section made tummy not normal. cut the skin off i bet id see a 6 pack LOL... im still around same weight. if i gain it will be muscles so im staying away from scale lol
i been focusing more on how my clothes look on me. i do have to be careful what i eat . bloating is not fun! i was looking at some old photos from 2015...wow what a big change! whats nice too my fiance is also trying be healthy. he has lost 60 pounds so far! proud of him!
