I am definitely doing a tiny bit better in my workout classes probably since I have been going to them since jan 1. As far as my recent weight loss it was just because I did not eat anything sat just wanted to see something different on the scale. I have also purchase the wheel and it is super easy but very very effective. I feel that it is really targeting my abs but not my lower abs. i want to do the cat chair but there are so many people in that one area that I get a little intimidated. Lord knows I hope not but I feel like I might be coming down with a cold.

Today I did not excercise so its my rest day. yesterday my stomach was really sick so i did try several things and today i feel better. aloe vera, mint, fennel, ginger, papaya, charcoal, a lot of water. As a side affect I did not have as much bloat in my tummy as usual. I have also started using the wheel but the one i have is so old that i plan to buy a new one soon.

SO its v day and I did eat one small cupcake and it was so good and one choc kiss but I am refocused because all though I am still big as a cow I am going to cont to work towards my goal. I bought a percentage fat and bmi reader and I am so happy. I am basically 30% fat and a bmi of 23.8. Either of these numbers are great and are on the HIGH side, but it is no big suprise. I ve been looking into hula hooping more as something fun for fitness.

I have not workout this weekend so I am a little sad about that:( I have not excuse. I do want to do my new pilate dvd. I love pilates because it is a good stretch. Well as far as my eating I think it has improved I eat celery, carrots, and cottage cheese for lunch. For snack I have greek yogurt and nuts. I have also (even though it is yucky) starting eating a handful of shredded wheat for its fiber. Although today i forgot my bowl for my oatmeal. I am going to eat oatmeal and morning star sausage links for protein. Tonight for dinner I am going to have rice, beans, peas, and chicken sausage.
