Alright, now that Christmas is over I can get back to work!Over all I did great over the holidays, I didn't gain a lot of weight and considering I was only ok about working out and eating well I am so happy did not balloon back up. I only gained 3 pounds back over the holidays. The good new is I got back to my routine right after Christmas and got control of what food was around me again. So I dropped 1.5 of what I gained back so far.Thank you getting away from bad food as well as a nice detox weekend.I officially restarted T-25 this week and am loving it! So wish me and my workout buddy luck we are so going to nail this.
