昨天十公里,睡前52,以为今天会突破一个新低,结果还涨了0.2,所以心情有点儿受影响,早饭之后突然想放纵,于是把家里所有的坚果、水果、零食都吃掉了,然后又跑到集市上买了一堆想吃的东西,都是高碳水的甜食。回来以后喝了好多牛奶。今天不记卡,直接开黑。。。。。
