Hi All, I'm still around, just kind of busy at work. I am working at getting a promotion.... pretty excited about it and I hipe it works out.
I have been pretty stagnant with my weight, but I STILL haven't gotten back into the gym committment. I joined another choir and they meet on mondays, so it completely threw off my schedule. I'm thinking about dragging my hubby to walk/run with me just out on the street. It will be SOMETHING... On the up side, I'm maintaining well. I AM eating more and few more carbs, but I'm completely stable. Just ready to start the downward trend again. I need a good 30 lbs more off.
I'm planning on wearing a bikini this summer... I need to get back with the program!

ever have one of those days where you just want to go home, eat carbs, kick the hell out of a punching bag and go to bed the rest of the day? Me either. /:|

I haven't been around much... been a little busier than usual, but I'm still keeping on the diet. Not logging food anymore because I feel like I am doing well enough that I no longer need that tool. I had issues during February and I gained a few lbs, but the issues are resolved and I am coming back down nicely. Plus, TOM is coming so, I will be right back where I was by Wednesday. My only problem has been getting commited back at the gym. I went last Tuesday, but now that I am in a choir Monday night, that threw off my schedule all together.

The month of February sucked. I had one health issue after another, haven't been to the gym in more than a month and gained like 7 or so lbs. Partially due to a thyroid crash and burn, until I have been back on the med for 2 weeks, I'm not recording the weight.
On the up side, I am so much better. Headaches have subsided, the problems from teh drug interaction are gone, the bronchitis/sinus is just about totally gone, and the thyroid is on the rise. Finally not going to bed at 7pm! I plan on going to the gym tonight and try to get back into the swing. I know that my actual food intake has been ok. Not at the "losing"rate, but at the maintaining rate. Now that I'm feeling more normalized, i'll be a little more cautious.
So how is everyone else doing? I wish there were just highlights that I could skim for the last month!

A weekend in Arizona with Mom and Gramma took it's toll, but not nearly as bad as I expected. I'm sure I'll be right back where I belong by end of week. Arizona was gorgeous even in the snow and rain.Have a touch of bronchitis now- not too bad, and I'm on top of it. Shouldn't take me out completely.
