Julian Bakery... online... low carb bread. 2 net carbs per slice of the cinnamon raisin 1 carb for the regular. Very dense texture, but very tasty. Not cheap, but YOU CAN EAT SOME BREAD! Also CARBmaster yogurt from Ralphs/Kroger/King Soopers... good stuff and max 4 net carbs.Breakfast this week has been goooood.

after only 3 days being back to strict, I feel the difference! Even with PMS, I feel lighter. Cant wait for a week from now when I'll be down like 10 lbs already! I know I know... water weight, but it's nice to see the numbers!

finally updated my weight- up a little, but not bad for a couple months off! Already back under control. just need to get to that gym.

Hi All,
I've been away for a bit... but I started journaling my food again yesterday. I've been pretty busy at work recently- a lot of changes and some drama, but all is good. I took a break from the hardcore dieting, and I haven't really exercised since I was sick in February. So I'm back to it, just can't do much online while at work anymore:(
