Ok, so I was right... PMS.... I'll be all better in 2 days TOPS! But now I have to deal with the fact that my hubby is away all week! Sadness! Maybe I'll go to the gym every day... spend my extra free time constructively..Or I COULD just go fishing.... :) Weather has been too pretty to stay inside lately.

I think PMS is holding me steady. Like I said yesterday, it's better than gaining and I will probably have a drop next week. But I did just indulge in some chocolatety goodness from The Corner Bakery. PMS, tummy growling... what was I gonna do?And this way I KNOW it's PMS!!

Is it TOM or is it HAM? Not sure... but I ate ham last night and I'm retaining again. Not as bad as the other day and I have lots of water and coffee to fix it. Back to the gym tonight for another running/swimming workout. Looking forward to it even with the muscle pull. I'll just be sure to stretch really good before this time.

Tried a new exercise combo last night and I think I like it! My girlfriend has wanted to start swimming so I did with her, but it didn't feel quite like I wanted.. I need my running. So yesterday (she wasn't with me) I did a mile and a half on the tread THEN did 10 full laps in the pool. Unfortunately I didn't think to stretch in betweeen and pulled my groin... Grrrrr.... but a good work out none the less
